About Donja Makarska

Donja Makarska is the long pine-fringed beach crescent that defines the town's resort image, stretching from the harbour around the bay toward Tučepi. Backed by hotels, apartment blocks and beach bars under fragrant pines, it is where most beach tourism and short-let demand concentrates. Seafront apartments here sit at the heart of the rental market, generally €3,500-5,000/m² depending on row and view, with first-line stock at the top. Yields of 4-5% are driven by very high summer occupancy on the beach.
